    I know I look at DD3 and think I had a mortgage just a year older. I had a very good job but it would not get anywhere near a mortgage these days. :(

    They are coming back to Poole in couple of weeks for Teeny's baptism, DD1 was on the phone earlier to ask how my room was coming along and did I have spare shampoo and face wash. :rotfl:

    Oh that's lovely that she's coming home for the baptism :) are you wearing your trotters? :eek: :p :rotfl:

    On a serious note it will be lovely and you will be able to offer any visitors the use of your bath/shower. How far you have come from the days of sitting on boxes of glitchy wine :D It truly has been a journey :D

    Its a nice thought but its not reality and you dealing with homeless/food banks etc know that.
    For instance how much was raised for Manchester dogs home (that no doubt had insurance to be rebuilt) v how much was raised for Manchester homeless people.
    Cute puppies/old dogs do look better than homeless scruffs but which is the most deserving of your £1

    So sad as it's so true cute babies & animals do it every time.
    I send homeless people here all day long huggard centre. They do fantastic work with next to no money.
    Become & angel for the day at a centre & your find out how hard it is to raise even the minimum £250 they ask for towards feeding the homeless for a day.
    Ignore reality.There's nothing you can do about it.
    I have done reading too!

    Re: Rios nightclub

    Rio's is cheesy low-rent fun, with the risk of getting your !!!! pinched by a grandma. Has the advantage of Rio's Man spotting.

    It's a place for the yoof of today to go, it has been inhabited by a suit wearing party goer known as 'Rio's man' since 1990? perhaps earlier, he is part of the furniture..... how does he finance his adventure... who knows, sponsored by lambrini... perhaps. :rotfl: all we know for sure is he's Rio's man :cool:

    Your post has just made a penny drop in my head :o I keep looking at your username and thinking it should be familiar to me and I've just remembered why :o
    i used to go to a nightclub when I was younger called the Maniqui. No one here will know it with possibly the exception of SFSB who's parents live in that town........if they did late 80s early 90s :o

    Sorry.....random :rotfl::rotfl:
