My boy has only been riding his bike without stabilisers for 2 days but managed to wobble his way to the shop with me today. He insisted on me putting some of the shopping on his handlebars cos he 'wanted to help mummy"
He looked so god damn cute riding home with the bag banging against his knee. Proud mummy moment :heartpuls:heartpuls
He sounds like a very polite child, well done Stinky xxxx100 -
I wasn't talking about benefits in the bit locarr quoted. I was talking about welfare and nurses salaries. Have a go if you like but please don't misquote me. When you discuss the welfare state part and parcel of that are services like schools and hospitals.
Tis a great shame all the money was spent during the good times...

A government program which provides financial aid to individuals or groups who cannot support themselves. Welfare programs are funded by taxpayers and allow people to cope with financial stress during rough periods of their lives. In most cases, people who use welfare will receive a biweekly or monthly payment. The goals of welfare vary, as it looks to promote the pursuance of work, education or, in some instances, a better standard of living
I think Emma means welfare state.100 -
