    Nah, thank goodness for Savvy:T:T:T

Actually I was rather :mad: on seeing those King Edward Potatoes comparing! Typical, just after I'd bought 2 bags of White Potatoes on mbuy in A (on the basis of paying with an APG, therefore not spending real cash). I did think that the King Edward Potatoes might possibly compare to M, even though it is outside of the weight range (2.5kg vs 2kg) - however because of that I had no way of knowing it would, as it 'shouldn't'. Products do sometimes compare to M even when outside of weight. If I had known the APG was comparing to M's 2kg, I would have rejigged my shopping completely and spent in a totally different way. Another example of a market economic failure there, as some theories of market economics (zzz...I know Friday night...) assume that people have perfect information. I only wish I did have that!:D

I'm 'still on' Morries price collecting - thank goodness for the people on this thread!:D

I've been doing every Monday and Wednesday (without fail except that Monday has become Tuesday on a Bank Holiday) since about February this year. Originally as a self-set 'challenge' from myself to 'see how long I can keep doing it'. Still here, months later - I must admit I've been nearly waning in the last week or so but, come Monday, it will reinvigorate! This 'special interest' has gone on since 2011 - in fact we are probably just past my 3rd anniversary - and on this thread since the end of 2012. Shows no sign of stopping yet, I don't think I could ever go back to muggles' shopping given just how much I save. Womble today - the silly soul spent £2.50:eek: real money on some Sanex:rotfl:, and £6 on Dove deos:eek:. Along with getting Johnson's Tip to Toe Wash (500ml) one week after M went off £1.33:rotfl:. Instead of choosing 10% cheaper than £1.33 (= about £1.20), they went for £2 vs £2.67:rotfl: - of course they ended up with paying straight £2.

Total cost, on just those items, £10.50:eek::eek:. I worked out that, if I bought the Sanex and Doves correctly, as of course I did, then it would end up at about £0.00 for those, if not paying me to take all of them, and £1.20 on the Johnson's Tip to Toe (not aware of that ever glitching). That's £9.30 saved from the Elite method of shopping. Just on those few items, not even the rest of their shop (on which, as always, nearly everything on every muggles' shop is an overpayment). Only for them to have a result that their shop was £25 'cheaper' than T, and £16 'cheaper' than M, well over 10% cheaper than everywhere! Buying at wrong time. Buying at right time and in right way would give a very different result.

On a serious note. I hope you are aware that no-one here would mind at all if you took a week off? Or even a day off. We would survive ;)
Im guessing it would get to you though if you did that. But maybe it is worth thinking of giving at rest if you ever do feel like it's getting too much?
Don't take that as the information you provide doesn't matter......it does, to lots of us :D I just mean if you feel overloaded at times then maybe a little rest is in order :)

It was for a very good cause that will make a huge difference to some very special people …. to achieve that I would have been a tart, literally!

I have family like that too

And plenty of people at work who are exactly like that :(

If I left, it would be because of them. Up until I was off sick last year because of my finger, I thought we were friends. I never heard a word from them in all the time I was off. That, and certain other behaviours have made me see just how shallow they are
Oh my love, so sad.. :(
I know it is so easy to let things slide, but friends and/or close colleagues should take the time... my mantra is 'do as you would be done by'!

[2] No, it wouldn't get to me - I could stop. It is the obsession though, and really I need medical treatment:D:rotfl:. Thanks for what you say, it is useful:). The little bit 'overloaded' was more last week (a week ago last Monday) and I'm over it and ready for Monday. Maybe I should give it a week or two off:o:o. It's pretty harmless though, although it does determine what I am doing on certain days (and I schedule other things around it, on other days - maybe that's an obsession problem:() but on the other hand it does provide structure and a timetable and maybe that's what I like as well as providing a reason for me to do something on those days. Perhaps I shouldn't, perhaps it's an obsession (perhaps the perhaps reflects a failure by myself to recognise it and that is itself a reason why it is) but on the other hand it's a darn useful obsession to have and it's pretty harmless. It also, in the past, provided me with distraction and happiness that I needed to avoid a depressive episode. It gets me away from the normal mundane depressions of life that affect normal people and provides an enjoyment for me during times that would be depressive for others.

In fact, right now, with little to do, there isn't much going on here at home - having quite nasty weather at the moment and not much needing to do in the house - I'm feeling a tiny bit 'down' (don't worry, I'll cope!) and would rather be at Morries right now having a nice relaxing walk through the stores and looking at items. The TV is pretty boring tonight - even the News Channel is getting a bit boring tonight. It's usually repetitive anyway, which fits in with me, meant to be watched for 15-20 minutes and tune out rather than all the time like I do, but I just have quite a bit more staying power than the average person and eventually I get bored and move onto something else.
