Good morning all...
Started to read back over what I have missed...and want to thank VT for the lovely well thought out and constructed post in reply to DS1 and the all night party he's attending tomorrow.
I really do appreciate the time VT spent replying as I know from posts she has written, she has far more pressing problems to deal with than giving advice to me about what could be seen as something superficial in the scheme of things...thank you VT and indeed everyone who contributed words in reply to my questions
I think we had at least thought of most of your pointers and without going into overkill about it being the family topic of discussion between wednesday and Saturday, his dad is going to drop him off at the party and run through any potential pointers whilst travelling there with him in the car.
I shall now return to reading back over the nights events and probably catch up with everyone later...frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Although the Reed diffusers were on offer online at 2 for £6, they were full price in the warehouse where my shopping is despatched from, and were oos so were subbed for £5 ones, so I got charged £10 instead of the £6 I was anticipating.
The 2 in 1 Imperial Leathers were also 50p online, but £1 in the warehouse, and were also oos so were subbed for 2 x 50p ones, but I got charged £1 each
The subs definitely are not working in my favour .... think I might have to start refusing them.
Quick call to my fellow countrymen at Asda customer services, and I have an e-voucher winging its way to my online account
And the Chinese was also oos - no sub for that, so I had to cookSmiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...
