I also have to confess to wearing thick winter tights this week but then I had to put the ankle boots on - flat summer sandals and walking trainers just do not go with winter tights

I have also been wearing a winter coat but there is no shame in that.

I really don't want to drag the knee length winter boots out yet, 2 pairs I have to decide wether to get re soled for the winter but it will cost as much as the boots did to start with.

I bought 12 yesterday but was v S - Im sure they were 6 for £3 in A so you would have to buy in 6's if thats the case to get your multibuy. However...I think I saw someone post 10 for £4 earlier in A but not sure if I am remembering right :o

10 for £4 in sada so buy 10 against morries

    £4 paid apg £1.40 so 26p each
If 12 bought against morries would work out at £5.36 paid apg £1.54 so nearly 32p each.correct me if I'm wrong please.

Has anyone else done a withdrawal from COS and not had it reach their bank account? Its OH having a problem - he did it at the end of September.
He has emailed them with the details.

I have only done one withdrawal on mine and I am at the £18 marks so it wont be long now again - I think it shows as Quidco on your bank account statement so you cant miss it.

    You're not wrong.

It makes sense to get enough pots to take advantage of wherever you are matching against. So if you're matching against somewhere that has a multibuy on 5, buy 10 in dasda. But if you're matching against somewhere that has a multibuy on 3, 4 or 6, buy 12 in dasda.

  • Thanks for the various replies about the halogen cooker. Think I'll leave it for a while then, I'm not desperate for oven space, just always on the look out for a way to bring those leccy bills down.

Does anyone have any experience with halogen ovens? Picked up the Aldi special buys mag which says they've got one on sale for £29.99 next Thursday.

In theory they look like a great idea, but I have a pr / marketing background, so I tend to be sceptical about this sort of thing. ;)

My sis swears buy hers and rarely uses the conventional oven.

I bought one earlier this year and use it for camping, very versatile!:D

I've not had any problems, although it's not the quickest. I have mine to my bank account and OHs to my paypal account.

Good afternoon :) I also got my free ring. Cute aren't they? Nice stocking filler for DD

Had a busy day at uni mostly answering emails that had piled up in my inbox.
