Printing camera manual.

Hi
Just bought a new camera and now want to print out the manual.
Last time I did this there was a booklet mode on the printer menu but of course it has gone. I have managed to get it to print two pages per sheet but the print is so small it's impossible to read. If I print one page on each sheet it prints like a newspaper column about three inches wide. Is it possible to print in booklet form and expand the type to fit the page?
It's a PDF file and I'm running Windows 7 and printing with a Epson SX400

Although the link seems to be the right one I can't get it to download anything either directly or by accessing it from a Panasonic website.

The link is working, but it was awfully slow. I left it running in the background and I think it took more than 2h for the 6MB.

@OP: I don't see your problem. I just printed the first two pages on one sheet like a booklet. It fills out the whole page. I don't have your printer, so I can't tell you how to set it right. There must be something called "Fit to printable area" or so in your printer dialog.
