Help - Tesco Overcharge

I am hoping I might be able to get some help. I done a bit of shopping in my local tesco last night, all I bought was milk, 2 bottles of Robinsons Squash and a bag of potatoes.
I went to the self service check out and will admit I probably havent been paying attention as I was chatting to the girl who was supervising whilst I was making payment, so I checked my internet banking and my account has been debited with £61.90?? Now I have racked and racked my brains and it can only be the transaction from yesterday and it is my card and not my husbands. I dont have the receipt in my purse as Im at work so I will need to go home and search the bin but has anyone ever experienced anything like this and is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance.

Does it say it's from Tesco? My card transactions usually take a few days to show up on my account. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

If it is from Tesco, are you sure you didn't get some cash back,
It would be all lumped in with your shopping on a bank statement.
Ive done that before.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Yes it does?? But its the only time I have been in Tesco for more than a week and there are no payments pending?0

No def no cash back you cant get cash back on the self service machine in my local store?0

Did you buy petrol at Tesco? £60 could easily be a tankful and easily forgotten about.0
-
Bought petrol on Thursday night cost £40 and used my fuel save so came to £35 - that was deducted from my bank on Friday morning, I did think of that, Im totally stumped, can tesco link a transaction through your clubcard if I call them as I am at a total loss!0

If you know the date and time of the transaction, then using that info and your card info, Tescos will be able to find the transaction and print out a receipt. Having the clubcard number (assuming you actually used it) could help them narrow down the search as well0

Have you recently taken out a 'free trial' of something like food supplements?0
