:jComplained to Barclays for Additions and Additions Plus online on 23rd September. Received form in the post to fill in a couple of days later followed by a phone call on 9th Ocober. Have been informed today that complaint has been upheld and a cheque posted yesterday for £2200. Happy lady!!!!:j

That's really quick and well done.
I started the process in late August 2014 and got their own complaints form through in early September which I sent off about four weeks ago and haven't heard a thing since.
