Quote for installing one door and removing another - does this sound right?

Hi all
I would welcome any advice about this quote I've been given.
Upstairs in our house we need one doorway to be blocked off and plastered, with a recess left for shelving. Another doorway (previously blocked off) needs to be reinstated, with a door hung (door needs to be provided too). We've had a quote from a recommended builder for £850. Does this seem expensive to you? (Would it make a difference if it included the shelving?)
Thanks in advance!

Get another quote for comparison. Does not seem expensive to me, but it depends on exactly what is required.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
£850 sounds reasobnable to me - I would sugest the following;
3.5 days work = £525
Materials and removal of waste = £3250
