Getting dishwasher drawer back on runners?!

Despite my puny arm muscles, I've somehow managed to pull my upper dishwasher drawer completely out of my diswasher, along with one of the runners.:T
I can't for the life of me get it back in. I can see that if I could take the back retainer off the runner then I could slide everything back in on their various tracks but the retainer itself looks very odd and I can't see how to release it. The front retainers pop off easily but the rear ones look moulded.
I've considered just slamming the runner sideways into the supports with brute force but that seems a last resort that's not guaranteed to work.
I'd be very grateful for any suggestions on what to do!
PS. I have a Hotpoint LST216A if that's helpful

I don't have this machine but I would assume the top rack is designed to be removed so unless you can see how this should be done, I would not try and force parts back. The 'manual' that came with the machine appears to give no clue as to how the rack should be removed so I would give Hotpoint a call (speak to someone on the technical side perhaps).

With other manufactures at least, I have found the advice I have been given (in respect of various problems encountered over the years) to be 100% reliable even got free parts on occasion
