PIP and IS disability premium?

Hi everyone.
I've been given the enhanced daily rate for PIP and was told that it qualifies me for a disability premium with the income support I was already receiving prior to being awarded the PIP. The DWP site says the premium will be added on without me having to do anything but it's been six weeks now since I received my award letter so I'm not sure if that's right or not.
Does anyone know if I'm supposed to do anything or post anything off to get that processed? Can anyone tell me if their premium was automatically added on or not and, if so, how long it took to appear? I'm just worrying that I haven't done all I'm supposed to and will be penalised in some way!
Thank you

It should happen automatically once the PIP information is downloaded onto the IS system. It wouldn't hurt to call IS though as the links between systems isn't always perfect!0

Ooh, that sounds hopeful then, thanks
I'll try giving them a ring tomorrow to double check. 0
