Ignoring has not been an option since 2012 - Why would you suggest it now?

Start with the Newbies sticky - That has the most up to date info about your situation and various options for seeing them off. :)

You should read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES at the top of the main parking ticket page. It will give you all the information you need.

  • thanks for replying i have read and kind of digested all the information, i was suspicious of their pcn from the start as i know quite a lot of contract law.

things I m confused on should i accept i was the driver? and i do not accept their terms and condition as it was not displaced nor was the loss they claimed are genuine estimates as they havent have any initial cost of this contravention.

another reason for appeal is that that should allow 40 percent discount at least for prompt payment while they asked me to pay 50 which is higher of 45 if it was at 40 percent.

    thanks for your help.

If you have read the sticky thread you should know not to admnit who was driving unless it was a lease/hire car. Use the tried and tested appeal points in the Sticky; they will work. You can add other points if you wish but you should always use the winning four in the NEWBIES thread.

how can i post a picture of it ?

    it says on contravention:

parked without clearly displaying the required valid pay and display ticket and no other cashless parking payment detected.

We don't need to see any pictures - it matters not what drivel is on the silly bit of paper. Just send the template appeal on day 21 like the NEWBIES thread tells you to. NCP are specially mentioned as one to send the appeal on day 21 so it's not confusing and I never tell people to say who was driving unless it's a company/hire car.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
