Range cooker

I am redoing my kitchen, and DH has set his heart on a range cooker and we are struggling to find one that suits our needs.
I would like a ceramic top, ideally 100cm but it looks that 90cm tends to be the average for a ceramic. We want 2 ovens, ideally 2 different sizes, but one needs to be as big as possible (65 litres plus).
What is anyone's advice / experience etc. Or do we buy a ceramic hob and have 2 different ovens instead?
Any suggestions for makes, models etc gratefully received.

I have an induction hob and two separate ovens. Don't regret it in anyway and love induction. Such a huge improvement on gas!0
