RBS bank card

Hello,

Today I received my Select Account card replacement. It is different from the last card I had.

My last card was the light blue one starting with 4751 16.. It wouldn't work at pay at the pump.

The one That was delivered today is a dark blue card with the contactless symbol on the right hand side. It starts with 4751 17..

Is this new card a full offline card? If it is, is there any reason for RBS to change my card to the offline one?

Thanks in advance

  • I assume an eligible customer is any customer?

They are not available to basic account and select silver credit restricted customers.

  • I had the full auth card before. I assume that I no longer have a full auth card/credit restricted?

    Sorry for the confusion.

Sorry for asking but I have just opened a NatWest Platinum account, will this come with a Contactless card.

Thanks, I just wondered if the online card could even be given on the Platinum account.
