If I become frustrated or due to not eating I can become aggressive, little patience, break things but that normally happens when im under stress, smashed a few things up when I was on JSA.
Funnily enough when I was on Incapacity benefit I rarely lost my temper it was when I was on JSA that I started losing my Wrag.

All I know is that recently on being moved from IB to ESA (support group) it was mainly based on me being referred to a psychiatrist and having been prescribed anti-psychotics as well as antidepressants. Also having care plans and a care co-ordinator visit me at home. Maybe you could ask for a referral to mental health services.0

A psychiatrist report if you see one carries a lot of influence. Lots of medical evidence to back up your claim
