CSL Sofas/Sofaworks!! Painful company!

I purchased a sofa in December 2013 from then CSL Sofas, sofa arrived on time and the order was correct.
In August this year the reclining mechanism became faulty. I phoned CSL/Sofaworks and asked for a repair visit. At the time of purchase I'd (stupidly) paid for the insurance which coincidentally does not cover the damage to the mechanism on my sofa.
On August 28th I paid £50 for a mechanism and was told it would be up to 6 weeks for the part to become available.
Into my 7th week and still waiting for the phone call. I phoned CSL/Sofaworks today who said "They don't know why I haven't been called because the part was already in stock". This was after being on hold for 40 minutes.
CSL/Sofaworks have then asked me to pay a further charge to have the mechanism fitted. I have refused to pay this as I believe I have paid them enough - £1900 for the sofas/insurance + £50 for repair! Apparently they are looking into the charge for the part fitted and will ring me again tomorrow.
Where do I stand with this? I was not informed of the charge for fitting. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Forget the warranty, its should be covered under the sales of goods act (unless it was accidental damage) , have a read up on that0
