Well I got a letter through today but the header was different:
"PCS - Parking Collection Services"
The letter states I should ignore to avoid further action.

DRP, Zenith and PCS are all the same, which reading any of the umpteen million threads about this letter chain would tell you! Put ' DRP Zenith PCS ' into Google!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
