Fraudulent Activity (Vodafone Account)

I received a couple of text messages from Vodafone earlier today; the first told me that my address had been changed, the second - 2 minutes later - told me that my order had been received. As I hadn't changed address or placed an order, I called Vodafone and logged into my online account. My details had indeed been changed but the woman on the phone assured me that there would be no problem, that I shouldn't worry about it, there was nothing else I needed to do and that it "happens all the time" which was quite worrying lol... what I'm wondering is whether I should report the incident to Action Fraud (or similar) or take the advisor's advice, ignore it, and allow Vodafone to deal with it themselves?
