Scottish Power Ignore Ombudsman’s Rulings

This bit made me laugh......
'A spokeswoman says that the company has agreed to pay the compensation awarded in each of the three cases, plus an extra £50, and to put the customers’ accounts in order.'
They forgot to add that it would take them at least another year to pay the extra compensation and get the accounts sorted out:D
