And I'd bet my house that MC30 would fly straight over a PPC's head.
I recognise that the list in the link relates to council-issued PCNs.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Diplomats can, and do, ignore all sorts of stuff. A claim can be entered against them in a County Court, but they will almost certainly ignore a CCJ. The US Embassy is one of the worst offenders.
