moving direct debits

I'm in the process of setting up two Santander 123 accounts, for savings purposes. I'm looking to transfer two existing direct debits into each account, to comply with the rules and to take advantage of the cashback facility for utility etc DDs. Is there an easy way to do this? Or do I need to contact each supplier and ask for a new DD form to complete and sign?

Many suppliers will let you give them the new account details online. No need for bits of paper. Are you for real? - Glass Half Empty??

You might also be able to just call them and give them your new account details over the phone.0

That was easier than I'd imagined. Vodafone, Sky and water changed online, council tax took one phone call. Cashvack from them will pay for accounts, standing orders in and out provide the funding and refunding, 3% interest coming up! Should look after themselves, just need to go in every once in a while to remove any surplus. Job done!0
