Has anyone ever been a QVC customer and been prosecuted or had any legal action taken against them?
If So, what was the outcome?

Sorry but I am Limited to what can be said as not about me, but just wanted to know about other peoples negative experience with this retailer.

Are you sure it is people's experience with this retailer you want to know about and not people's experience with the police?

no nothing of that sort, had a senior citizen who was worried but doesn`t know about forums as this one so I thought I would ask on here thats all
I shall probably redirect him to citizens advice.
