Contacting Aqua -- Need card?

I was accepted for an aqua credit card at the end of August and was told I would receive my card and PIN in the post within 5-10 working days. PIN arrived, but card never did.
I'm trying to contact their helpline, but to get through the automated system you have to enter your card number... You see my problem? It seems like contacting them through post is literally the only way of getting hold of them if you don't have an aqua card. Stupidest system I've ever experienced by far. Surely this must be a mistake... How are potential customers supposed to contact them as they suggest??

Just type in any numbers - you should then fail the automated check and be put through to an agent.0

I tried that a few times already. Just says the number is invalid and tells me to try again. So stupid. :mad:0 -
Did you try it repeatedly? Some systems I've come across work on a three strikes rule.0
