Hey folks,
Little bit confused - went through the eligibility checker for a money transfer card as Im presently being stung with 21% on my loan, but when I completed it the top of the page had an error saying:
"Unfortunately, we have not been able to find your details at the Credit Bureau. Please check and try again."
Pretty confused by this - I am on the electoral role where I live and have written confirmation that I am registered to vote, I was the same in my last place, I have numerous bills going to me at my current address, I have given all the correct details...why on Earth would I not be visible?
Any ideas? Appreciate your help, thanks a lot x

F&N may be on to something.
Did you key your address in the format it is logged by the CRA in question?
We have loads of problems with Experian and address targeting, particularly with Nationwide and where there's a flat number, a building name/number and a street name.I am a mortgage broker.
