I posted a thread last night as my MIL was having some problems with her PC. I followed the advice in the sticky regarding removing spyware etc and all seemed to be fine......
She is now trying to access Yahoo for her email and is receiving the following message....
The browser you are using refuses to sign in ( cookies rejected )
Could this have anything to do with the software I installed?
Any help appreciated.

She has just rang to say she is unable to get onto her internet banking or on line phone bill either. Seems anything high security.
I installed Comodo firewall. I have had a look but am unable to see where I would allow access.
Will it be this and if so how will I allow access to these sites?
Cheers

did you do the updates to Windows, including the update to internet explorer 7??
if so try clicking on Tools on the top right and turning off the phishing filter , also check on the same section the internet options and then privacy, make sure it is set to medium
worse case get her to turn on the Windows XP firewall and turn OFF comodo by right clicking and exiting or alllowing all trafficEx forum ambassador

Im still having problems with this.....any ideas. There are 2 accounts on the one PC. The account I was using whilst updating the anti virus, spyware etc is the account im having problems with.
The other account is running fine and can access mail, banking etc. Other that uninstalling everthing and starting again I'm unsure of what I can do.DS Anthony Steven 07.06.92DD Becky Emma 24.01.94DD Rose Grace Jean 12.05.090 -
