Postage to Ireland, is it classed UK?

Can I ask a question, I specifically stated in my Ebay selling page, that I only sell to UK buyers.
As I stated in my listing that I post only to UK, can I refuse to sell to the Irish buyer and second chance offer to the next person?
Thanks

Northern is UK. Otherwise, no.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Northern Ireland is classed as UK by the royal mail, but many parcel companies will add a surcharge as it's "overseas".
Southern Ireland is classed as Europe by all postal and parcel firms.
The ebay.ie site will show up UK listings as standard so despite your note in the description, and your preferences, it will show up over there.
Just like the nostalgic days of USA exposure... sigh..!<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

Yes. If your listing says you'll only supply to the UK, then you can refuse to supply to another country. In this case, it doesn't matter one jot if it shows on the Irish site, or if a US buyer uses the 'worldwide' search option, neither are in the UK.

Should OF, would OF. Dear oh dear. You really should have, or should've listened at school when that nice English teacher was explaining how words get abbreviated.0 -

I am from Dublin, the amount of times I have had to tell people here in the UK that Dublin is not a city in the UK is unreal :eek:0

click postal prices, then price finder.
See how much extra it is to post there, then charge the extra.0 -
