That'll be difficult, I'm without a phone for the next 5-7 working days.
Thanks.
Can anyone suggest a decent network for our corporate account?
I love being in IT, makes voting with my feet a lot more satisfying0 -
I can't believe what you have gone through, I bet you've no hair left.
Vodafone have been my preferred supplier for a couple of years but I have only experienced thier business products.
But this level of Vodafone none-service is alarming.
Have you thought about getting a little loud in the shop on a busy weekend.0 -

I've been with Vodafone ever since I got my first phone back around 1996/7 but as soon as this contract ends I'll be moving away from them and never come back.
The shop staff are all pretty friendly and have at least tried to resolve the issue but they face the same problems as anyone else who talks to the customer service team. I had a shop worker talking to them on my behalf but they'd disconnect him every time he asked to talk to the duty manager. Shocking really.
The business team were a bit more attentive but telling them you're cancelling your 46 business phones usually does that0 -
Well,
Vodafone have offered me the £50 compensation they'd previously offered me again, the £50 that so many agents have denied was ever offered to me, apparently it's in my notes though.
At the same time though, they've confirmed in writing that their agents have previously misled me by denying that there was anything about the compensation in my notes.
At this point, I don't want to be with them any more but they won't just void the contract, they still want the £432 to cancel the contract from my side, kind of feels like they've got me by the ball and they know it.
I've been without a phone for 4 days now so my planning and organisation has been thrown out of line, I didn't realize quite how much of an inconvenience this would be to me.
Not sure what the next step is? Any advice?
Oh yeah, they also want a £25 for the insurance repair that wouldn't have been needed if this was sorted on the Warranty as it would have been if they'd resolved it straight away.0 -
Ok, changed again.
They want to give me £50 to get a courtesy phone, no compensation at all
I HATE YOU VODAFONE.0 -

You've been saying that for a while now Lee so forgive me if I don't believe you!
It's taken a formal complaint for anything to be taken seriously and even in those cases, it's had to be me wasting my time chasing up any action, I've never heard a thing from your side!
I took my phone into the store last week to be repaired so for the last 5-6 days I've been left without a phone, that's pretty disgraceful given how much I pay for the contract and the insurance!
I talked to your staff again the other day and the admitted that i'd been lied to and mislead regarding the compensation and that your agents had lied to me regarding what was in my records, they flat out denied that there was ever a note regarding the £50 despite me having given them exact dates and times and having had other staff members read on the notes to me.
The repair team who now have my phone are refusing to do the repair on Warranty since there is physical damage to the phone, they apparently tried to contact me about it yesterday but have just stuck a charge of £190 on my account instead.
If you'd just fixed this when I first reported it then there wouldn't have been a problem, your store staff promised me it could be done on warranty and that it would be done quickly, they promised me twice to organise a courtesy phone before the further damage occurred, neither of them materialised
Now, I'm 11 hours down trying to solve this, I've spent another £30 traveling into the stores every time I've been requested to do so and I've spent the last 5-6 days with no phone at all!
I asked to terminate the contract and they still want the £432 to get out of of it, why is it that you lot can break the contract from your side but if I wanted to do so I'd be charged?0
