firefox doesn't us IE at all
Another one that uses IE is Deepnet Explorer.
I love Firefox but I'm not the kind of person who would stick to it out of some sort of loyalty if I thought another was better. The problem with these IE based ones are that you don't get to use the hundreds of useful extentions
But at least if you use one of these instead of IE you usually get better security and more features0
