Maybe if you took out all the surplus information about uncles, benefits, girlfriends, cars etc, and split the post up so its a bit more readable, you'd get a chance of a sensible reply.
What is the actual question about the will, in a couple of sentences? (Whatever your opinion on the rest of it, it's not helpful and makes your post almost impossible to understand.)All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Please can you re-write the post, taking all surplus, non relevant stuff out -really does make it hard to see what the real issue is ....apart from your Uncle being on benefits, playing the system etc0

ok so my nan has passed away and she left a will stating that all of her children get 16% of the sale of her house (5 children 80%) and that the other 20% will go to ONE grandchild in particular
If this is what the will says then whatever is left after all the debts against the estate have been settled should be divided up in this way.
Who are the executors?0 -
I'm sorry, I have spit it up now, but most of it is all relevant to the situation, I suppose my question is, could we contest the will? and also who do I see about all theses benefits he claims that are taking from tax payers money dishonestly? Sorry about the way it's written I'm just angry0

If the money is left to the grandchild then it is his money. In his name. Any suppositions you may have about what happens after that is speculation and nothing more.
Is your question about whether the will is valid or not? Because at that point I completely lost what your objection was - please can you simplify your concerns in that area? If you are saying your nan lacked capacity to make a will and leave her property as she wished you will need medical evidence to back that up. Did she have dementia or any illness that may have affected her decision making? Contesting a will can be very expensive - is it really worth the money and the stress to possibly end up worse off than you are now?
If you have concerns about benefit fraud, then report it to the relevant authorities for them to look into. But you need evidence not hearsay.

If you have an concern about his benefits then report it to the relevant authorities.....although I'm sensing that if everything had been split fairly (in your eyes) you'd be happy for him to continue claiming benefits.
If he's money laundering then do the same but my comments are applicable here as well0 -
Was the will drawn up by a solicitor, or one of those DIY forms? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
