Can anyone identify these pellets we keep finding in our garden?

They're odd - about the size of three pound coins sitting on top of each other, and looks almost like a pumice stone consistency. I'm sure they're nothing but our neighbours are dicks so we want to make sure they're not throwing poison down for our cats. We've found three, uniform size, uniform shape.

    No to both but I think we've solved it - there was a firework display over the house yesterday, I reckon it's smoke bombs!
