How to fight mould?

Help, our house has mould!
We aren't sure what to do as we have mould popping up here and there. First the kitchen, then a ceiling in an upstairs room, then discovered in wardrobes. Our roof has a leak at Christmas and we had that fixed and the roof checked. We open windows each day and have extractor in the bathroom too. We used mould removal stuff, had the roof checked, had the moss removed from the roof. Been told we need to take up the patio and putting shingle down (I think that's what they said) but the mould is in upstairs rooms now it's not just one wall that's the issue. Just thrown out mouldy clothes and out a radiator into the wardrobe
Any ideas please to tackle this for good please?

Where is the mould forming, how old is your house, are the walls solid, cavity? Good practice with opening windows but are you keeping the house heated?0
