I am in the process of separation, I have recently found out that that shopping troll has been taking out loans secured against the mortgage without my knowledge. when the house is sold all the debts will be cleared she sits there all smug stating that she still has 50% of any money that's left. can I do anything. I feel she has been getting advice from elsewhere.:mad::mad:

How can you take a loan out against a mortgage anyway???

Aye, those trolls do get canny wet under the bridges If she has forged your signature, then that is fraud, so I suppose it depends on how far you want to take it.

I think if you want any kind of sensible advice, you need to provide more information (and maybe stop using the 'mad' smiley).

Can you do that if the property is in joint names?

Has she forged your signature?

Using troll in your first sentence really does not make the best impression. I suggest if you do need advice you try CAB.
