Received a parking notice from Britannia Parking eventhough the driver bought a ticket and put the registration number in the pay and display machine. has anyone else had problems in this car park. unfortunately as this was over two weeks ago the ticket has been thrown away.

If you are the registered keeper of this car, just wait to see if they write to you in the next month or so, then appeal as keeper.

To be fair this is all covered in the 'NEWBIES read these FAQs first' thread. Read it first - it is near the top of the forum and you get there by clicking 'Go' next to the Forum Jump (I won't say where that is, since it is here on this page at least twice).

I'm a little confused, was it a wondscreen PCN or one through the post? If windscreen, then wait for NTK as per c-m's advice. If a postal NTK then off to the newbie thread and appeal.

Oh good point Dee, now it sounds like a postal PCN from Britannia (quite rare!). Maybe figgitt can show us the ticket (both sides) so we can look at it for compliance. Make sure all dates are showing (just cover your car reg and PCN number and name/address).

Figgitt you will not be able to post a working link to your pics so when replying to us with the URL to your photobucket or tinypic link, change the http to hxxp.

But read the NEWBIES thread please, first. Don't ask where it is (already said)!
