Child support and contact are two seperate issues, the csa will issue a DEO on your wages, i suggest you do not take any advice given by master99 i would think this will only lead you into further difficulty.

Yes i know they are two seperate issues but as a father paying CSA i think its unfair not to have the right to see my child! I know the CSA dont give a stuff about anything other thean getting money in!

Then you need to seek advice from a solicitor regarding contact not the CSA, your child deserves the right to know both parents but the child also has the right to be supported by both parents and if that is you are paying child support and the PWC staying at home looking after this child then so be it. Surely you want what is best for your child?

You obviously have not read my other notes and you are obvously a women! this has nothing to do with me being allowed to see my child its about paying a fare amount. Every one that knows about a parent having the rights to see their child even after going to court as i did and being allowed access is pointless if you are dealing with a mother who will not let you and as we all know in this country it is not enforced!

What would you consider to be a fair amount? It is all relative to your income and if you are under CS1 you have your housing costs taken into consideration which you do not under CS2. Without knowing how much you have been asked to pay and for how many children etc it isn't possible to advise further. Whether YOU think it is fair and what the law says is fair is probably very different. We can all argue about the figures but we have to go on what the law is in each case and there is no point in arguing about whether the law is fair or not as we all know that it isn't!!! I can help but I need a lot of detail to be able to do so.

 well well well atleast im not the only man who stands up to these one sided women i agree its about paying a fair ammount not leaving you with nothing she does not want you to se your kid bcos shes bitter forget her shes a wast of time she wants to make u live life very unconfortable as possible by using csa to rape you for money and leave you with nothing. im soory to hear your position but as i said lie lie lie play the system after all thats what the women do face it they only come in here to learn how to get more money out of csa and course trouble on there xs.

write to them dont ring them they a wast of time and money write to them instead if you ring ask for the head of the department. then write to him or her contact your local cab. play the system its the only wa we as men have no rights when it comes to this it ok being a good dad but lets face it you got a life too. also if you have to go court go to court tell the judge your not working and going bankrupt basically lie lie lie. other wise they have u for every penny.

Useless advice Master as you should know that telling a judge that he is going bankrupt will be useless as CSA is not covered by this so it is irrelevant and the Judge will want evidence too. As I said, I can try and help you to ensure that your assessment is CORRECT in LAW but I will never tell you to do this by way of manipulating income figures or advising anybody to lie as it will only backfire and land them in very big trouble as it is a criminal offence to lie to the CSA or to fail to provide info to them - it is also a criminal offence to lie to the Inland Revenue so I wouldn't advise you do that either.
