Appeal not acknowledged by PPC now been issued final reminder

Hi guys
I received a windscreen notice on the 15th August as my car was apparently not parked in a "marked bay" even though the space had no yellow lines or signs to say it wasn't to be used.
I waited for the NTK before sending in my appeal. I used the appeal template from the sticky thread and obtained proof of postage. This was sent to the PPC on 23rd Sept. I have had no acknowledgment from them to say they have received my appeal instead they have now sent me a final reminder!
Should I send them another appeal letter or just ignore this final reminder?
Thanks in advance.

Complain direct to the BPA as the PPC has not put the collection process on hold while an appeal is in progress, as the CoP says they must.0

You have done everything right exactly according to the book. Not everyone manages that at their first attempt. Well done.
Complain to the BPA as above but also point out that the PPC have not provided you with a PoPLA code as per the requirements of the BPA CoP. More info and acronyms are explained in the Sticky thread for NEWBIES.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Please tell us who the PPC is, it will help us in giving you more focused advice. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thanks for the replies guys. I'll get on to the BPA.
The PPC is UKPC. Are they well known?0 -

A legend in their own ANPR camera.
Yes, well known. Easy to beat and not known to be litigious, although they seem to be chancing their arm in a Scottish court with some north-of-the-border refuseniks - will be interesting watching how that pans out, but not something to concern or worry you with your case.
Carry on with your BPA complaint. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Obviously you don't write in the complaint:

I waited for the NTK before sending in my appeal.''PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I definitely won't be saying that in the complaint.

Well done OP.
Now, was that an 'administrative error' or a 'gesture of goodwill' on their part? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
