INR advice

for a friend she posted signed for delivery some photos to europe

buyer opened a case INR - but when seller and i checked also tracking shows delivered

other problem is case is opened on foreign site where she posted and no idea what to do next

any advice i can pass on would be appreciated

(she provided tracking to ebay the day she dispatched so were exactly does she stand)

If the buyer has opened an INR and the tracking shows as delivered, get the seller to upload the tracking to the case and escalate it when it can be escalated. Ebay will rule in favour of the seller if the item shows as delivered online.

thanks but she uploaded the tracking as soon as item was posted as he usually does but the case was opened in germany ebay so we cant make head nor tail of it or where to upload picture of tracking receipt

She doesn't need to upload a picture. She needs to add the tracking to the case, even though she does it on dispatch. The case is different.

If she can't understand the case she needs to use something like Google translate to assist her.

just an update from friend

buyer messaged her this am to say she promised to refund!!!! does she need to worry or take any further action as the INR was closed by the buyer last week

will ebay remove the negative feedback my friend received or will they have to contact CS

she just messaged me to say the seller protection team removed the feedback

just wanted to update to give SELLERS some positivity

Did CS also remove the "defect" caused by the INR case being opened ?

If a seller wins an escalated case, all feedback, dsr and defects are removed.

Feedback usually goes within a few hours, dsr a few days and defects can take up to 10 days. They are only updated on Wednesdays.
