in Credit cards
Anyone heard anything about this?
How does it work if you have no balance on your card or have only spent say £10 on there. Do they then put you £15 in credit?
Is it going to happen and when.

I think you mean they will be charging you a minimum monthly payment of £25,previously it was quite low about £5 a month.
sorry don't know when it is to be implemented.Previously known as Bokken, registered at MSE in Nov 04,computer glich deleted my access but it is fun building up my stars from scratch,again.:D0 -

Make sure you check this...most credit card companies are reducing their minimum payment not increasing it.
Im 99% sure that if you spend under the £25.00 it will only take your balance.
With one of my cards it says minimum payment of £5.00 and before I have had less than that and it has only taken that.INCREASE INTEREST ON SAVINGS!
...I will thank you if youve been helpful, please do the same! :j0 -
I havent been told this by virgin, in fact i only just applied for a card with them waiting for it to come through,
Its just i have read it on a few threads dotted about on here and other website0 -
It will be as wayoflife says - it just means that your minimum payment is the lower of your account balance and £25, instead of the lower of your account balance and £5.0
