This is a prepaid debit card that has been posted a few times before.
It's available to NHS staff with an NHS email address only, though there must be a few on the forum. Each cardmember can add an additional cardmember that doesn't have to work for the NHS.
There are a few caveats to the card and it costs a one-off £2.99 (or £9.99), but the earning potential seems decent.
