Purchasing on-line is one of the most common ways we all shop these days... but without exactly seeing the product, how do we know what the product or service is like. I think that `reviews` are a very important tool to maybe, at least, they give us more thought or idea on the product or service we are thinking of buying.
Only thing I think here is that companies `know` this and I am perhaps more concerned whether I get a genuine opinion of something or not, or whether things are actually manipulated ?
I had an email invite to provide a review after purchasing a product online from a major well known retailer. Unfortunately due to the problems with the product and the return I never gave a good review > this was not posted on their website.
Another company I posted a poor review about their service, and subsequently was not given an order number for a following product and I had to request this. By the way this company prompt you to submit a review on the day you receive the item. I think myself its only fair people have a chance to try the product and have chance to experience any after sales service before posting a review.
How do others think ? Has anyone had similar experiences ?
Is there any way that review centres could be reviewed ? lol
