Hi I want Liverpool FC TV which starts soon, I currently have a freeview box and Virgin media (telewest) for my phone I pay around £21 a month for a talk unlimited package. I called them this afternoon and they quoted me £39.95 a month and that gives me my current phone deal and 120 digital channels which includes Sentanta sports which is what Liverpool tv will be on. The problem is i don't really want 120 channels I only want LFC TV Plus the fact £40 a month is quite alot I have to be carefull as i'm in a fixed rate mortgage which will come to an end in the next 6 months and obviously is going to rise about £100 a month. So is it worth me ringing sky? I have never been a sky customer so don't know much about them. I know they are doing an introductory offer for £15 a month but does it include the channel I want?
Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

Ltv or even mutv or Chelsea tv have all one thing in common - they are not free to air channels even if you pay the full £45 per month package to sky.
You will have to pay for it.
I don't know whether you can buy the minimum sky package and then add LTV to it.
Why do you want it anyway its been donkeys years since you had a team winning the league! LOL0 -
Well it's actually for my partner and my son ther're Liverpool mad!!0

You're only real options are sky or cable (virgin). To get LFC.TV on sky you don't need to subscribe to sky but need setanta @ £9.99 a month but you will need a sky card and equipment. The cheapest way is probably via what martin mentioned recently - where you can get freesat installed for £79 then £9.99 a month to get setanta.0

if you are an XL tv subscriber (i.e. all the channels) you will get setanta and therefore LFC tv for free
If you have any other Virgin TV package, it now costs £8 a month to subscribe to Setanta (down from £15).
Im almost certain that will include LFC TV once it is up and running. Phone 150 from your Virgin phone and ask when you get through to someone0 -
Virgin have confirmed LFC.TV will be available with them and setanta when available. You can check liverpools official site for confirmation http://www.liverpoolfc.tv0

Hi dont know if this helps but i went on ebay and and some movie download siets and you can buy sky tv for your pc for about £5.00 through paypal and it contains links to many football and pay per view football sites all legal. Not tried myself but have friends who say its good. Also through sky you will need to have a phone line and the full package will not get you lfc tv and setanta sports etc they are extra with sky. you could get the basic sky package for 15 per month then ask them to do lfc tv for you which alone would be between 5 - 10 per month sky catch you in the fact that its so expensive to buy a specific package or channel that most people will just buy the full package instead.
