hi guys long time no see.
i recently split from my partner of 19 years
im staying in the family home with the kids (12 and 10)
i will be keeping the mortgage going and at some point she is going to sign the house over to me.
i have spoke to tax credits and will be getting around 60 per week but that's yet to be finalized.
im not going through the CSA as she will be giving me some money every week.
we are on a debt management plan and that has to be split between us.
we both work, i earn around 25k before tax and she earns about 12k before tax.
my question been, am i entitled to anything else?
many thanks.

She is going to find it difficult earning only 12K, having to keep herself and pay you some money for the little 'uns.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
