Natwest Statements Requested?

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Hi, I requested the last six years worth of charges and Natwest sent me back
statements, but only for the first year and a half, not the full six years. Has anyone had a similar experience and will the rest be following? I must admit they have done this within two weeks of requesting, but dissapointed it is not the full six years worth.

    Because the pile of statements would be so bulky they usually break them down into a number of parcels. It may be that the rest are delayed due to the postal strikes.

    yes, i got mine in a total of 5 parcels over a period of a week!
    So I've been doing some volunteer work for the
    samaritans.
    Tried to phone in sick the other day but
    they talked me out of it.

    I bet that the date that they ended was October 2002, am i mystic meg?!!
    The rest will be with you shortly. There was a changeover in computer systems in 2002 so NatWest Group Plc systems changed over to Royal Bank Of Scotland Group plc, systems.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
