Hello.
Just been doing the 2nd letter to barclaycard to try and get £312 worth of overlimit/late payment fees back.
I'm on a payment plan with them, so where the 2nd letter says "i have been deprived of this money", doesn't really apply to me cuz i still owe it them!
Any advice on another wording or should I just send that standard letter?
