The PPI Team... very rude!

Hi everyone,
I haven't posted on here for a while but I thought I'd make you aware of this organisation who I had dealings with this morning. Here's the email I sent to them following our very brief phone call earlier today:
Hello,
Following repeated and rather annoying 'cold-calls' regarding my PPI... which I have already claimed myself with very little effort at all (but you weren't to know this), I finally agreed to allow one of your representatives to call me back. This was purely to give me the chance to set the record straight regarding this outstanding PPI and the fact that I don't need any assistance, nor do I wish to receive any further calls.
Your representative, who's name I did catch but, for the benefit of this message shall remain nameless, called me this morning. As I was trying to explain to him about my annoyance and disapproval of these cold calls, and the fact that I have already claimed all outstanding PPI myself, he very rudely hung up on me!!
Being a successful business director myself, I find this type of behaviour by fellow professionals, unacceptable and I think it would be a good idea, from a business point of view, to alert your colleagues to the necessity for good customer relations. Without naming the individual representative, only 'The PPI Team' as an organisation, I fully intend to make people aware of this incident this morning via social media, particularly, Money Saving Expert forums as I know that information like this will help people to make informed decisions about who they choose to do business with. Now can you see why this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and bad for business? Good... I thought you might.
So to that end, I hope a few valuable lessons can be learned from this and I also hope that you can address the issue you have with your staff and their blatant disregard for manners and politeness and their lack of customer care.
And for the record, please stop contacting me!
Thanks and kind regards,
.... So, if you do keep getting cold-calls about claiming PPI and you press '5' so that a representative calls you back within 24hrs, it might well be this clown outfit...!
There's loads of useful information on this site to help you claim any outstanding PPI so my advice is, avoid these people and do it yourself.
Thanks.... keep smiling...

I just let them go to answer phone . . .
Did you really refer to PPI cold callers as
:huh:fellow professionals0 -
Pressing "5" for a callback usually indicates some interest, so no wonder the "fellow professional" was rude!:D
I think the E-Mail will have been futile as well, they'll probably ring again next week!:D0
