Thanks very much for a fantastic service that you provided for my OH. she suffers from Cystic Fibrosis and we required oxygen and throughout the flight. When we stopped at Bangkok there was immediate wheelchair assitance for us to take us to the lounges. The crew made also sure she was comfortable and kept bringing her water. A very special thank you to Dawn who did the Bangkok to Heathrow shift.  :j
Another thank you for the lady at Adelaide airport who upgraded us free of charge to business class

This sums up what I have long said about BA, the aircraft crews are usually excellent - BUT the ground staff at Heathrow & Miami (in particular) are awful !
Most places overseas the ground staff are very good - as you found.0 -

I agree 100% when we needed wheelchair access at Heathrow we had to wait a long time for it. Apparently in the whole of Heathrow airport, there was only 11 people that were able to push them. When I said i can push the wheelchair (as our plane was leaving soon) I got told that i couldnt because of Health and safety crap!0 -

I expect they have to attend a lengthy training course and obtain the necessary qualifications first...!!0
