Hi
Can anyone help my sky+ isn't working in the living room. Today i put the telly on and went to put a sky channel on and i can't.

The screen on my telly is just blank, and on my sky+ box i just have the red light on at the left hand side.

Daughter has multi room upstairs and this is working.

I've done the old switch on and of at the back. Sky won't speak to me cause the account is in hubbys name.

Anyone any ideas

If you're just getting the red light then it's not powering up I'm afraid. Have you tried checking to see if the power cable into the sky box is loose? Might be worth pulling it out and pushing it back in again. Sorry behind that I can't help as I'm no technical wizard. Might be worth posting on http://www.digitalspy.co.uk forum as I know there's some sky engineers on that forum that may be able to give you 'proper' help to fix your problem.

I will try that now and i have changed the batteries in the remote.

Even though i wasn't getting a warning that they were running low

thanks for that, i have amended the letter and fired it of, i will let you know how i get on.
