I hope it's just a glitch. I tried your link and still got the same message. I have emailed them, so will wait to see if they reply.


ETA: Just noticed the "not USA? Click here for UK" link in really tiny writing I'll see if I can do the survey now!

Hey all!

I managed to log in fine into my YourWord account after receiving a survey alert in my emails, but I'm getting this message everytime I click any survey:

"The system is currently offline for a scheduled maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

This has definitely been the case since yesterday for me as I've tried a few times - has anyone else had this issue? Do you think they'll be shutting down the UK branch of YourWord too?

I've not had as good an experience with other paid survey sites - if YourWord are shutting down, who else would you recommend?

This isn't just for yourword. It's across all the survey sites that use a certain company for their surveys.


The company is samplicio. It may just be they're closed for the "holidays".

Have you tried the UK website? Us one is closed but UK one seems to be working.

The YourWord community will close its doors on March 31 this year, after three fun years. Below are a few things you should know, so you're prepared for YourWord's final days.

What is happening?
The YourWord community will close at midnight GMT on March 31, 2017. After this date, your rewards will no longer be available. You will also no longer have access to the YourWord website (including YourRewards), and the ability to log-in will be disabled.

★ What will become of my rewards?
You may continue to respond to survey invitations from YourWord in the coming months. You will have until 11:45 p.m., GMT, March 31, 2017 to redeem YourRewards.

What will happen to my information?
All of your personally identifiable data will be deleted or made anonymous as soon as technically possible with the next data run.

Why is this happening?
As the market research world evolves, so, too, must we.

I got the hump after getting their email about closing down even though I've only got £1.80 in my account, I earned that £1.80. I replied to their email about it and they're going to top me up to £5 so that I can withdraw. :T So get emailing people.
