Best backup card (from what i've already got)

in Credit cards
I have a Santander Zero card for foreign travel (no more than £500 mainly, if not all, cash withdrawals).
Confusing myself trying to work out which of my other cards is best for backup and i'm sure somebody knows without looking.
I have credit cards:
Barclaycard Visa
Barclaycard Amex
Which tends to have the best exchange rate as i assume charges are the same?
and debit cards:
Halifax Reward
Nationwide FlexDirect
Santander 123
