please could someone give me some info , split up from my husband 2 and half yrs ago now im in our house which is rented from the housing association with our 2 teenagers , he has his own flat , we have not yet divorced cos we dont have any assets , i work part time but dont pay any national insurance cos earn a low wage , he has a private pension and he pays national insurance contributions but is self employed , where do i stand over the pension that he has, am i entitled to anything , he currently pays 40 per week for both children and although i have asked him for more he just ignores this .
Am i better off starting divorce proceedings but dont have much money so not sure how to go about this
