Hi poppyjay
Unfortunately, people that have nothing to contribute to the original reason for this forum, help and mutual support, for those that have debts, are trying to get them under control and are trying to get rid of them, are hijacking this forum.
Most of us have been foolish with our money, some more so then others and that is why we are here. Some have already managed to get their debts under control or have got rid of them and because of this. They are able to offer advice to try to help others to do the same.
There is never any need for negative comments, even so called tough love posts are negative post and there is never any need for negative posts. Yes, I know I said that twice, I was just trying to drive home the point.
At the end of the day, it is up to the person that has asked for help, to decide what is right for them and not the person giving the advice. If you cannot respect other people’s decisions then you should not offer the advice in the first place.
If at anytime, you or anyone else feels that people are posting negative or abusive comments you should report that post by sending an email to the address below and it will be removed.

The more people that do this, the quicker these abusive people will get the hint, that they are not welcome here and that they will not be tolerated.0
